These gorgeous mats are very comfortable, made from Foam PVC and measuring 1730 x 610 x 8mm Please do not leave your mat in the sun, as this will degrade the material over time.

Exercise Mat Cleaning InstructionFor general cleaning, you can wipe down with a Sunlight solution. Bleach will often erase tough stains left by liquids like fruit juices, tomato sauce and wine. Mix one part household bleach with four parts water, soak a rag in it and lay the rag over the stain. Bleach works slowly; you may have to leave the rag in place for an hour or so. Make sure you rinse thoroughly afterwards.
